Recipes
Braised Chicken with Vegetables
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4
A 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
5 cm ginger, sliced thinly
B 1 tbsp Maggi® Homemade Concentrated Chicken Stock
500g chicken thigh & drumstick
300ml water
50g fresh shitake mushroom, soaked
2tsp sesame oil
C 50g carrot, cut & blanched
50g asparagus, cut & blanched
How to Prepare?
1. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok.
Stir-fry A till fragrant.
2. Add B. Bring to boil and simmer until gravy thickens.
3. Add C and cook for a while. Serve Hot.

1tbsp = 1.5 cup hot water
Try it in Double – Boiled Chicken Soup or Hainan Chicken Rice!
Shake well before use.
